We offer Fire Ant & Gamecock merchandise The virtual textbook buyback begins April 19 to May 25, 2021. The provided link below is where you will sell your textbooks. No instore pickup available for summer. The bookstore will not be open to instore customers. We replaced the instore pickup with curbside pickup. There are 3 designated curbside parking spots for the bookstore located directly behind the student union building across from the maintenance shop garage doors. Drive directly behind the Anderson Library towards the back of the Student Union Building. It's on the other side of where the athletic buses are parked. There will be 3 Bookstore curbside parking spots available on your right. Park in an available spot and call the bookstore at 803-938-3846 to let us know which numbered spot you are in and give us your name. If there is no spot available when you arrive please drive to back student parking lot until you see a spot become available. Please only use the curbside spots designated for the bookstore. We ask that you please wear a mask when we are handing off your bag of books/merchandise even though you are in your vehicle If you have any questions please call the bookstore 803-938-3846, we will be happy to assist. We appreciate your business and your patience if it's busy when you arrive as we are operating with limited staff. CURBSIDE HOURS: MONDAY - THURSDAY 8:30 AM TO 4:30 PM AND FRIDAY 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM. We will be open to in store customers in the fall 2021. There will be limits to the number of customers in store at one time. We still encourage the use of our online web store to order your textbooks and use the curbside or in store pickup. We will resume textbook rentals in the fall semester. All the information for courses and textbooks as well as pricing are listed on our bookstore webite. Please refer to website for textbook information as no public access will be given to the textbook shelves. When placing ONLINE TEXTBOOK ORDERS, use your USC ID as your username (Example- J12345678) when registering your account on our bookstore website. Creating this account provides a secure checkout. When creating the account and filling in the information use the students name and not the parent or guardian. The billing name and address must match the individuals whose card is being used. If it's a parent or guardian using their card, please use the students name when filling out the shipping information even if you are opting for curbside pickup. We want to have the Student ID and name match to get the order to the correct student. BOOK PURCHASE RETURN POLICY: Books purchased from the are non-returnable unless documentation showing proof of withdrawal/drop class THE FIRST 5 DAYS OF CLASSES. Any book purchased with an access code may not be returned if shrink wrap is open or code has been used. Please contact the if you have any questions regarding this policy. If a book is returned it will go into quarantine for 24 hrs before being put back on shelf During this time of the COVID-19 outbreak, we feel it is in the best interest of our customers and employees to only offer online services to our students to acquire their textbooks for summer courses. Some of our textbooks are offered as ebooks and when your order is processed you will receive the code via email from our store if it does not come in a package.
